Job Description

Responsible for building and managing a team of software engineers for Open Networks, and providing technical leadership and mentoring engineers in the team.
You will collaborate with the leadership, product management and the team, to define the technical direction, roadmap and the milestones for projects.
Create scalable, reliable, and performance solutions to meet the diverse and evolving needs of customers.
Contribute to all technical aspects of development, including design, coding, unit testing, integration, and deployment.
Triage product or system issues and debug/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
5 years of experience in launching software products, testing and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.

Preferred qualifications:

3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
Experience in Full-Stack Development.
Experience in people and team management.
Experience in IT infrastructure and cloud native applications development.
Ability to integrate public policy with business strategy.
Excellent communication, written, presentation and problem-solving skills.
