Job Description

Create an overall automation strategy for the team.
Build and lead a team of engineers dedicated to improving the quality of Android Studio.
Expand and enhance testing infrastructure, and drive innovation in testing approaches while ensuring the reliability of infrastructure and optimizing resources.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team, manage projects, and deliver innovative features that improve developer experience.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in building testing frameworks, tools and automation within an enterprise environment.
Experience with development management or testing management, and in scaling technical teams.
