Job Description

Promote a balanced work environment for the team with following the company and organization values.
Keep alignment with organization priorities, and create visibility for the team's work.
Establish and maintain collaboration by the team with cross-functional leads (e.g., Technical Program Managers, Product Managers, Engineering Productivity, Team Leaders, etc.)
Promote collaboration between the team in Bengaluru and the other sites, and optimize for the organization needs.
Represent the Engineering team at the Bengaluru site level, and maintain relationships with local partner teams in core product areas and other product areas as customers.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
5 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 5 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to work in a global organization.
