Job Description

•Core - Ability to write efficient code using JDK 1.8 standards.
•Design Patterns - Able to understand and implement various java design patterns. (creational, structural and behaviorial)
•Writing junits - Should be able to write and execute unit testing through elaborate junits thereby ensuring maximum code coverage.
•Debugging - Should be able do effective debugging using IDEs like jdeveloper and eclipse
•Basic pl/sql coding - Should be able to write SQL queries,procedures and functions and also debug DB related issues.
• Understanding and developing REST services using JAX-RS

• Good Knowledge in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Java/J2EE, SOAP and REST based Webservices.
• Knowledge of Java Script, HTML
• Knowledge of Junit, JMeter, Eclipse, GIT, Jira, Ant, Unix Shell scripting
• Knowledge of DEVOPS, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes is an advantage
• Exposure to Application servers – WebLogic, Tomcat, JBoss
• Exposure to middleware concepts – JMS, MQ, OSB
• Exposure to Security concepts – PKI, SSO, SAML
• Good Knowledge of Config, Design & Dev.
• Good understanding of container deployment and cloud technology
• Sound knowledge on SDLC - Waterfall and Agile Models
• Experience in Design / Code reviews

Prior team lead or manager experience. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Broad product, technology or industry expertise. Ability to craft and articulate strategic solutions. In-depth knowledge of implementation methodologies and standard processes. Knowledge of competitive & partner products, technology and solutions. Ability to travel as needed.

Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
