Job Description

The Oracle Channel Revenue Management suite of products supports the iterative selling model for companies that regularly sell goods to more or less the same customers such as companies operating in consumer goods or life sciences.Large manufacturing companies that operate in Business-to-Business (B2B), Business-to-Customer (B2C), or Business-to-Business-to Customer (B2B2C), modes can use Oracle Channel Revenue Management to efficiently plan, promote, execute, and manage the order to cash process for improved sales and return on investment (ROI), and reduced loss in revenue.

Our team is seeking a smart and passionate software application developer to help and build Channel Revenue Management suite of cloud products.

* Participate in the overall development effort and complete cycle of the project. * Analyze complex technical situations and propose creative, effective solutions. * Investigate existing and new technologies to build new features and integration points. * Provide high-quality design, code, and maintain product features using Oracle technologies. * Interact closely with all the stakeholders such as other Development teams, QA, Documentation, Release, Customers, etc in ensuring the eventual success of the product.

Minimum Qualifications: * Strong academic background in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience. * 4 -12 years of experience in ERP product development. * Strong technical skills in Java/J2EE technologies, Selenium automation scripts and debugging skills.

* Experience in Order Management, Pricing, Inventory, Receivables, Payables and General Ledger is a big plus, but not mandatory.

* Experience of working in Agile methodology would be plus. * Ability to understand business concepts and processes. * Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality coding standards. * Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work in a global team with an attitude of sharing and leveraging other's knowledge and skills. * Should be a fast learner and be able to collaborate with senior members/architects in the team. * Ability to excel under pressure.Analyze, design develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications. Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications. As a member of the software engineering division, you will perform high-level design based on provided external specifications. Specify, design and implement minor changes to existing software architecture. Build highly complex enhancements and resolve complex bugs. Build and execute unit tests and unit plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering as necessary to discuss minor changes to product functionality and to ensure quality and consistency across specific products. Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
