Job Description

We are seeking a strong leader to drive the growth and operational excellence of a Healthcare API catalog. In this role, you will lead and develop an engineering team focused on expanding API catalog capabilities and adoption across the globe, while elevating quality measures of existing services and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The primary objective is to enable high-quality product integrations for Oracle Health partners and clients via Healthcare API. You will foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the software engineering team.As a Manager, you will apply your technical and organizational skills to solve delivery, support, and operational optimizations, while driving execution of roadmap commitments. You will work with a variety of technical, functional, and business stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery of API catalog advancements. By engaging with product and engineering leaders across the organization, you will influence product strategy, define technology roadmaps, align timelines, and resolve conflicts.About You

You have solid communication skills. You can clearly explain complex technical concepts.
You have clear operational expectations from the system, and engineers, and can push team culture to form the foundation for operational excellence in the organization.
You have solid understanding of Cloud, SaaS, and virtualization concepts and performance concerns.
You have experience defining and monitoring system’s quality measures, SLO, and SLA.
You have experience in improving reliability, scalability and availability of APIs.
You care about creating usable, useful software that solves real problems and brings delight to users.
You work well with everyone and can lead a conversation with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
You are comfortable with ambiguity.
You have a strong sense of ownership and accountability for the health of API services in your span.
