This opening in the India Development Center is for the Functional testing of HR applications, payroll for EMEA/JAPAC region within the PeopleSoft system and involves testing of legislation/Tax updates and seamless integration with products within and outside PeopleSoft family.

This is a very challenging role and provides an opportunity in enhancing a world class enterprise software product used by most of the Fortune 500 customers across various industries.

Overall 8+ years of experience in QA testing with advanced experience working in PeopleSoft payroll module 9.2 version mainly HR functions, Global Payroll for EMEA/JAPAC, PNA
Achieved functional expertise in PeopleSoft module: Payroll for Australia, India, New Zealand, UK, Singapore, Malaysia, Spain, Switzerland, France and Japan
Hands-on experience in establishing testing environment and troubleshooting with cloud Infrastructure
Comfortable with standard automation frameworks
Maintaining and enhancing our home – grown automation framework PTF to keep extending its capabilities
Demonstrated ability to use PS Query to pull and review data for aiding in trouble shooting issues.
Experience in using Change Assistant(CA), Application Designer to apply the PUM packages.
Experience in automation development, execution and debugging using any automation tool
Passion to evaluate new and emerging Automation tools and technologies
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, self-motivated; outstanding oral and written communication skills
Excellent skills in executing software test plans, documenting and analysing results. Suggest corrective actions.
Excellent Bug management abilities
Very Good exposure to the review process which includes development reviews, QA internal reviews etc
Good SQL knowledge which includes writing basic/medium complex SQL queries.
Ability to work independently, multitask and thrive in a global dynamic environment.
Exposure to Agile/SCRUM development methodologies.
Exposure to next generation Fluid UI testing on smart phones and tablets.
Results-driven, and able to handle the dynamics of rapid release schedule
