Job Description
This is a highly visible and a cross-functional individual contributor role which spans across Technical Product Management, product line management, Program / Project Management strategy, engineering, and other stakeholders of the program team. a Therefore adaptability, patience, and tolerance to cultures, method of operation, and time zones will be needed. You will be working with a team of the smartest people in the industry focused on developing the Oracle Communications suite of products.
Ideally, we are expecting a fearless, engaging, and dynamic thought leader, who can take an idea from concept to product in a highly motivated organization with multiple product streams. We are looking for someone who can contribute and develop an expertise in a specific area as needed to drive the need of the hour.
You will hold joint responsibility for all aspects of product development across all activities related to development of our product development strategy and execution, and partner with business counterpart and other Oracle wide product development teams.
The job involves complex duties and tasks and will require quick thinking to arrive at your own independent judgment utilizing your expertise.
For this program manager role in the program management organization, you will be responsible for managing a set of resources in a matrixed environment, with main responsibilities to own, co-ordinate, manage, guide, aid, support and provide oversight into all activities listed below:
