Job Description

Role Responsibilities

  • Drive the India C&I strategy in close alignment with the JAPAC and Global C&I strategy, working in collaboration with India C&I HR ,Talent Acquisition and other key stakeholders and partners including LOB C&I professionals.
  • Engage with JAPAC C&I leader as required, across relevant strategic programs, initiatives and events, including program administration activities such as managing nominations, developing communications and liaison with internal and external Oracle partners.
  • Lead selected projects for JAPAC-wide C&I development and implementation, as time and opportunity permits.
  • Project manage the JAPAC rollout of C&I training programs, such as the Global Inclusive Learning Series together with the C&I JAPAC team and Global ILS Lead. 
  • Have oversight and responsibility for communications from the India C&I team to the business including the India C&I Slack channel, emails and other agreed channels.
  • Support Oracle Leaders in their communications about C&I to the business ensuring appropriate language, messaging and alignment with the C&I strategy.
  • Contribute relevant content to the internal Oracle JAPAC Culture & Inclusion website, JAPAC C&I Slack channel and global newsletter as well as other associated sites and channels. Identify opportunities to increase readership, relevance and engagement. 
  • Be knowledgeable of India Culture & Inclusion related legislation and industry best practices so as to be able to advise and collaborate on any policy or practice updates and implementations.
  • Analyse and utilise company surveys and other data points to identify trends and opportunities to enhance or create initiatives in line with C&I India focus
  • Work collaboratively with the extended C&I team and HR organisation on all key strategic programs, initiatives, events and communications, including C&I promotion.
  • Act as the point of contact for JAPAC for the creation and ongoing support of ERG communities in India. Support the day to day operation of India ERG’s, including FY programming, creating or leveraging of resources and working directly with ERG Community Leaders to support ERG growth and event delivery.India C&I strategy in close alignment with the JAPAC and Global C&I strategy, working in collaboration with India C&I HR ,Talent Acquisition and other key stakeholders and partners including LOB C&I professionals.

Experience

Experience as an HR generalist, OD consultant or C&I specialist with experience in Culture and  Inclusion (previously Diversity and Inclusion) activity in large, international organisations

  • Experience using data analysis to identify trends and opportunity insights
  • Management of project teams and stakeholders through influence and persuasion
  • Proven experience successfully facilitating the delivery of multiple programs, initiatives and key deliverables simultaneously in complex and constantly changing conditions. 
  • Knowledge of training design and experience in training facilitation preferred

  • Enjoys and applies cultural intelligence to working with an international, extended team
  • Working knowledge of Culture & Inclusion related legislations and considerations in India (preferred)
  • Ability to connect with stakeholders and employee groups across India
  • Masters Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
