About Us: We are embarking on an exciting journey in Clinical AI to utilize and bring leading-edge generative AI capabilities to the healthcare sector, starting with the Oracle Clinical Application. This transformative project aims to modernize and revolutionize healthcare by leveraging cloud technology, AI/ML capabilities, and a strong focus on delivering a visual experience that empowers healthcare professionals and their customers.
Position Overview: As a Senior Director of Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in leading the modernization of our Oracle Health clinical applications and driving the transformation of healthcare through AI and cloud-based solutions. You will work closely with our existing Clinical Digital Assistant team to lead the development of next-generation AI capabilities that will be delivered through CDA, our evolving EHR, and the entire clinical stack. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a visionary team that is poised to make a significant impact on the healthcare industry.
AI/ML Feature Development: Leverage your expertise in AI/ML to advance the capabilities of the Clinical Digital Assistant and our clinical application stack, enabling it to provide valuable insights and support to healthcare professionals.Foundational Innovations: Drive new horizontal AI capabilities that will surface throughout our healthcare products, and develop higher accuracy, and faster approaches to integrating knowledge, data, and LLMs.
Healthcare Transformation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions transforming the healthcare landscape.Team
Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing engineering team dedicated to applying AI to healthcare, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Strategic Vision: Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for AI-first clinical applications, aligning it with the company's objectives and healthcare industry trends.
