Job Description
As a people leader in the OCI Reliability group, you will be driving the creation of services ensuring the highest level of availability and reliability for OCI services and customers. We are building new technologies that automate the detection, diagnosis, and recovery for operational incidents in OCI global distributed cloud services. These are exciting times in our space - we are growing fast, still at an early stage, and working on ambitious new initiatives. We are seeking a leader in the problem space of Software Engineering for Service / Cloud Reliability and Incident Management. You will be responsible for leading a team owning complex systems with high scalability, performance, and security. You will partner with other development teams responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing solutions within a distributed computing environment. You will provide technical leadership to a team of engineers. You will be responsible for taking the product through architecture and design reviews with senior technical leaders and architects in the company. As a member of the OCI Reliability team, you will define the future of services used daily by both customers and internal teams.
