Work with Oracle's world class technology to develop, implement, and support Oracle's global infrastructure.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Cerner Millennium Charge Services Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Cerner Millennium Charge Services, a strong understanding of Revenue Cycle and Clinic Charging, and expertise in Charge Services solution functionality. This is an exciting opportunity to work with healthcare providers in the U.S. to optimize charge capture processes and support system implementation and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Cerner Millennium Charge Services Expertise: Utilize deep knowledge of Oracle Cerner Millennium Charge Services to configure, build, and support charging processes, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and industry best practices.
Charge Services Build & Configuration: Provide expert-level support in configuring and building charge services solutions, including charge tiers, order builds, and charging methodologies tailored to customer needs.
Revenue Cycle & Clinic Charging Knowledge: Apply advanced understanding of revenue cycle processes, including clinic charging, to support charge capture workflows and ensure effective integration with broader revenue cycle operations.
Service Management Expertise (ITIL): Utilize knowledge of ITIL service management concepts to manage incidents and changes effectively, ensuring smooth operational performance and customer satisfaction.
Customer Interaction & Support: Communicate effectively with U.S.-based healthcare providers, maintaining professionalism and clarity in both written and verbal communication. Manage and respond to customer inquiries related to charge services and healthcare IT systems.
Third-Party Vendor Interface: Understand and manage how charge data interfaces with third-party vendors, ensuring accurate data flow and alignment with external systems.
On-call Support: Participate in on-call rotations for critical system issues, providing timely and effective support when required.
Availability for U.S. CST Hours (On demand): Be available for a training period during U.S. Central Standard Time (CST) hours and provide support for testing, go-lives, customer meetings, and other business-critical activities.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with Oracle Cerner Millennium Charge Services, including strong knowledge of configuration, build, and charge capture methodologies.
Technical Expertise: In-depth understanding of charge services functionality, including specific charge tiers, order builds, and the methodologies used by healthcare customers.
Revenue Cycle & Clinic Charging: High-level understanding of revenue cycle processes, specifically clinic charging, and how it impacts healthcare billing and reimbursement.
ITIL Knowledge: Solid understanding of ITIL service management principles, specifically related to incident management and change management.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with healthcare providers and stakeholders across the U.S.
Vendor Interface: Knowledge of how charge data interfaces with and is used by third-party vendors within the healthcare ecosystem.
Availability: Must be able to work during U.S. CST hours when needed, including availability for on-call rotations and critical support during go-lives and other major events.
