Job Title: Senior Consultant - Oracle Fusion HCM BI, Extracts & Fast Formula

Location: Bangalore

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant specializing in Oracle Fusion HCM BI (Business Intelligence), Extracts, and Fast Formula. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules, advanced BI reporting, and the ability to design and implement complex extracts and Fast Formulas. You will work with customers to provide solutions that improve and optimize HR and payroll processes, data analytics, and reporting within Oracle Fusion HCM.

Key Responsibilities:

Oracle Fusion HCM BI Reporting:
Design, develop, and implement BI reports using Oracle Fusion HCM. Create and maintain complex BI Publisher reports and dashboards to support HR decision-making processes for the customers.
Extracts Development:
Design and develop data extracts from Oracle Fusion HCM using Extracts framework. Automate data transfer processes for integration with external systems and data warehousing.
Fast Formula Development:
Design, develop, and troubleshoot Fast Formulas in Oracle Fusion HCM to handle complex business rules for payroll, benefits, compensation, and other HR functions.
Consultation and Requirements Gathering:
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
Customization and Configuration:
Customize and configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on business requirements, including Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, and Talent Management.
Testing and Troubleshooting:
Perform system testing, including unit, integration, and regression testing. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in BI reports, extracts, and Fast Formula calculations.
Documentation:
Develop comprehensive documentation for customizations, configurations, reports, and formulas for knowledge sharing and future reference.
End-User Training & Support:
Provide training and support to end users, ensuring smooth adoption of new reports, extracts, and custom Fast Formulas.
Best Practices & Process Improvement:
Recommend and implement best practices to improve reporting, data extraction, and formula optimization processes. Continuously improve the efficiency and accuracy of HR processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, with a focus on BI, extracts, and Fast Formulas. Hands-on experience with HCM Cloud modules such as Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, and Talent Management is essential.
Technical Expertise:
Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion BI Publisher, BI Reports, and Data Extracts. Proficiency in creating Fast Formulas and complex calculations in Oracle Fusion HCM.
Knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM Modules:
Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM core modules and processes, including Payroll, Compensation, Absence Management, and Talent Management.
SQL & Data Integration:
Strong SQL skills and experience with data integration between Oracle Fusion HCM and external systems. Knowledge of data migration and transformation processes is a plus.
Problem Solving & Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues related to BI reporting, extracts, and Fast Formulas.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and end users.
Certifications (Preferred):
Oracle certifications in HCM Cloud or related areas would be advantageous.
