Job Description

We are looking for an experienced operations professional that is passionate about sales, renewals and customer success, and has strong knowledge of the processes and tools used as part of the sales and operations contracting cycle.
You understand how to maximize sales tools to gain efficiencies in the sales cycle and will successfully leverage this experience to drive strategic initiatives, create documentation, provide support to our client success community, and support our organizational tools.
Ideally, 3+ years of experience in support and operations, excellent communication and presentation skills, experience with stakeholder management, the ability to solve complex issues, and a strong desire to work in an evolving environment.
Previous experience working in Oracle Sales Cloud and tools
Model and ability to understand the role of Demand Generation play in the business throughout the entire sales cycle.
The role is highly collaborative and will include partnering with contacts in multiple organizations and lines of business, as well as ongoing engagement with our leadership team and Client Success community.
