Principal AI Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking an AI engineer who will develop and implement Al features and solution innovations that drive business growth and success. The candidate will play a crucial role in shaping our Al offerings and driving innovation in our products and services. The ideal candidate will design, develop, evaluate and optimize solutions together with a talented team of engineers and data scientists within the Customer Success organization.
The engineer will create processes, tools, and tests so that CSS can evaluate and optimize AI responses on customer instances at scale. The candidate will also develop monetizable services and build revenue streams around different levels of test, evaluation, monitoring and audit for generative AI authoring, summarization, retrieval augmented generation and agentic workflows.
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining close relationships and sharing information across many lines of business. Your expertise will be crucial in translating business requirements into technical solutions, driving business value from AI technologies, and optimizing application performance.
Preference is for people in Bangalore, but remote from within India will be considered.
