Consulting Practice Manager
Job Description
This experienced-level position is responsible for delivery of NetSuite technical services, coordinating and leading the delivery of consulting services and solutions to ACS customers
Developing alignment with client’s key stakeholders and implementation partners ,ACS delivery team and ensuring successful delivery of technical services to support client’s business needs.
Develop and maintain trusted relationships with the clients, partners and vendors in support of meeting client’s strategic goals and needs.
Leads internal resources through the analysis of customer requirements from both functional and technical viewpoints to help ensure Oracle NetSuite solutions meets the customer’s objectives. As a position of professional influence, this individual frequently operates at the leading edge of technology, accessing expertise both within the ACS Technical team and throughout the Oracle NetSuite GBU.
Responsible for maintaining practice direction, ensuring quality of consulting delivery, and maintaining customer reference ability. Ensures that operational policies are followed and that business objectives are achieved by focusing on best practices and process improvements., manages individual contributors. Serve as advisor for moderately complex engagements.
