LIFT Implementation Expert- AI
Job Description
Must Have Skills:
Experience in programming using Python or Java
Experience in design, build, and deployment of end-to-end AI solutions with a focus on LLMs and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) workflows.
Extensive knowledge of large language models, natural language processing techniques and prompt engineering.
Experience in testing and validation processes to ensure the models' accuracy and efficiency in real-world scenarios.
Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or similar cloud platforms.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Analyzes problems, identifies solutions, and makes decisions.
Demonstrates a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow professionally.
Good to Have Skills:
Experience in LLM architectures, model evaluation, and fine-tuning techniques.
Hands-on experience with emerging LLM frameworks and plugins, such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, VectorStores and Retrievers, LLM Cache, LLMOps (MLFlow), LMQL, Guidance, etc.
Proficiency in databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL), developing and executing AI over any of the cloud data platforms, associated data stores, Graph Stores, Vector Stores and pipelines.
Understanding of the security and compliance requirements for ML/GenAI implementations.
