General Role and Responsibility
This is a cross-functional role which spans across Technical Product management, product line management, strategy, and engineering execution management. You will be working and leading a team of smartest people in the industry focused on developing our 5G line of products.
You can be a generalist, but should be able to focus, contribute and develop an expertise in a specific area as needed to drive the need of the hour. Ideally, we are expecting a fearless, engaging, and dynamic thought leader, who can take an idea from concept to product in a highly motivated organization with multiple product streams with a great vision.
As a People manager, you will manage a growing number of technical product managers spread across multiple continents specializing in specific components of our 5G offering. Therefore adaptability, patience, and tolerance to people culture, method of operation, and time zones will be needed.
As a leader you will be holding joint responsibility for all aspects of product development across all activities related to development of our 5G Product development strategy and execution, and also partner with business counterpart and other Oracle wide product development teams.
Needless to say, the job involves complex duties and tasks and will be require good thinking to arrive at your own independent judgment utilizing your own area of expertise.
