Revenue Accounting Manager-Fin

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Manager – Operations to oversee and optimize our daily operations. This role involves managing teams, streamlining processes, and ensuring effective coordination across departments to meet business goals. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, results-driven, and possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and high performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members to achieve operational targets.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
  • To assist the sales organization in the generation of license revenue and help customers better manage their licenses through the accurate and timely migration of customer’s existing licenses in line with Oracle Policies.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports.
  • Manage resources effectively, including staffing, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Assist the Senior Operations Manager in planning and implementing strategies on a day-to-day basis.
  • Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
  • Set timely goals for the team members, evaluate performance, conduct regular 1:1
  • Participates in innovation within the teams and creates an innovative working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
  • Address operational issues and resolve them in a timely manner.

Mandatory skills:

  • Proficiency in English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must be a graduate with 10+ years of work experience and min. 6+ years of people management experience.
  • Work with ease on MS Office package – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Would be a plus having : Knowledge of Oracle policies and procedures desired
