Business Analyst 1 - FEC Librarian
Job Description
Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization's financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.
Strong verbal and written communication in English is a must as it involves interacting with multiple teams
Effectively communicates between stakeholders ensuring the accurate message is delivered
Strong networking and interpersonal skills
Seek clarity on all gaps from the mentor/manager
Quickly moves on to being independent requiring minimal supervision

Flexible to work from office full-time
Flexible to work in night shift only to apply. Shift Timings – 6 PM to 3 AM (IST) is Mandatory.
