Lead Financial Accountant - CAO Hiring
Job Description
1. Preparing the various management reporting
2. Getting access and running various reports related to the process
3. Collaborating with various reporting teams to get the required reports such usage reports , revenue reports , expense reports related to Royalty Team
4. RMC Tool - Maintaing the bugs and enhancements list, collaborating with developer , testing and applying the updates in RMC Production environment
5. Reviewing the payments with respect to accuracy in calculation, proper supporting documents and validation with RMC data entry.
6. Reviewing the agreements with respect to approvals, signatures, availability all amendments and addendums and validity with respect to agreement status.
7. Reveiw the agreement and other related documents and validation of data in RMC with respect to expiry dates, ensure all fees are entered /amended/cancelled accordingly
8. Training - New Joiner Trainings and Retraining to existing employees on Tools and processes
9. Preparing /updating the process documents
10. RMC - Updating Master Files, Corporate exchange rates, CC-WHT update , Supplier Updates
