Oracle Digital Assets Data Nexus (DADN) is a next-generation fintech/digital assets platform designed to address the evolving needs of the financial industry, leveraging the multi-ledger blockchain capabilities of Oracle Blockchain Platform—including support for Hyperledger Fabric and Besu (Ethereum-based) networks—and advanced AI technologies from Oracle AI Database. With robust support for digital assets, tokenization, and stablecoin integration, DADN empowers organizations to securely manage, transact, and analyze a broad spectrum of digital financial instruments. Oracle Blockchain Platform delivers an enterprise-grade, pre-assembled blockchain-as-a-service environment, ready for developing and deploying blockchain applications across Oracle Cloud and multi-cloud infrastructures using Kubernetes.

As Principal Member of Technical Staff in the Oracle Blockchain Platform development team, you will own one or more components of the platform and work with product managers and architects to create functional specs/design documents for new requirements, implement new features, triage issues in production environments, come up with resolution to unblock customers, identify root cause of the issue, provide a fix for some issues and more. You will be expected to work with multiple programming languages, use open-source solutions, Oracle technologies and leverage AI technologies to accelerate development in an agile and collaborative environment.

Required Qualifications:

•    8+ years of software design and development experience.
•    Strong system design skills with proven experience in developing features for highly complex, distributed transaction processing systems.
•    Demonstrated experience with multiple programming languages, such as Java, Go or Node.JS, Solidity and with scripting languages, such as Python, Perl, shell, etc.
•    Demonstrated experience implementing solutions on Kubernetes with proven expertise in Kubernetes (K8s) development, including building operators, advanced networking, security best practices, and service mesh integration using Istio and similar technologies
•    Familiarity with DevOps tools and processes in a cloud environment
•    Understanding of databases, storage and distributed persistence technologies.
•    Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience working in highly distributed team settings.
•    Sense of ownership, passion to build, support and maintain quality products for massive scale in collaborative, agile environment, and excitement to learn.
•    BE / BS in Computer Science

Preferred Qualifications:

• ME / MS in Computer Science
• Understanding of blockchain technologies (Fabric, Ethereum), their deployments and operations in fintech or traditional financial services
• Experience developing a blockchain platform either in open-source setting or commercially.
• Demonstrated experience or certifications in public cloud infrastructures, such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP, or OCI in areas related to networking, security, DevOps and related.
• Experience with building and production-grade deployments of Enterprise Ethereum, Hyperledger Besu, and similar permissioned blockchain networks.
• Familiarity with Web3 JSON RPC protocols, MPC wallet integrations, ZK Proof systems, Confidential Payments, ZK-Rollups.
• Strong Understanding and experience of using security technologies: PKI, Cryptography, Identity Management, OpenID Connect and OAuth 2.0
• Experience in AI Technologies (AI agents, MCP servers, RAG) would be added advantage.
