Few are AI-native. We're hiring the latter and looking for someone who can drive things end-to-end (discovery to conceptualisation to design to building to driving adoption) for a given canvas.</span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Own a product or a feature end-to-end. Scope the problem, build the solution, ship it to users. Flex between frontend and backend based on what the problem needs, not your title. Work on 0→1 projects with real autonomy. You orchestrate agents, build with skills and MCPs. AI assistance is muscle memory. You're a polyglot—picking up new stacks fast because AI handles the ramp.
