Amazon Music is seeking is seeking a talented, creative, and dynamic Brand Lead with a proven track record in delivering high value brand marketing campaigns, to join our Marketing team. The Brand Lead will lead strategic marketing initiatives to drive awareness and adoption of Amazon Music in India. They are customer-obsessed and have a passion for bringing marketing campaigns to life across all internal and consumer touchpoints. The role is accountable for delivering on specific projects and driving quality assurance from marketing briefing to go-to-market planning of brand campaigns. They possess a bar-raising strategic lens for brand marketing, strong organization and creative direction skills, and experience earning and maintaining trust with key cross-functional partners such as research, media agencies, creative partners, internal functional teams and global stakeholders. They will need to use extensive customer insights to define priority programs and features that focus our cross-channel efforts at scale, deriving stronger impact across brand marketing programs. They will focus on marketing efforts designed to bolster Amazon Music’s brand perceptions to scale the customer base.
The right person for this role is a blended balance of strategist, brand builder, creative instinct / acumen, project manager, and analyst. They should have a solid understanding of customer dynamics and segmentation in the digital media, commerce, advertising, mobile and high-tech industries. They must be able to work at the strategic level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth) while addressing potential business challenges, diving deep and digging up insights. They have the ability to rally cross-functional partners - leading with high emotional intelligence, with an ability to empathize with others and earn trust quickly, overcome challenges, and strategically troubleshoot.


Key job responsibilities
* Lead the strategic input briefs for the Mass and Brand campaigns, working with partner teams (e.g, BI, finance, central channel teams) and the global Amazon Music brand teams to align marketing strategies and deliver innovative, relevant and data driven demand driving initiatives.
*Work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure overall campaign success by driving a centralized perspective and adherence to brief.
* Act as an idea-generating machine, bringing creative concepts to life across a full-range of media types.
* Review and approve customer-facing assets, communications to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
*Create and present high-quality documents and presentations to senior leadership both inside and outside the business.
*Drive results, work autonomously to set roadmaps and goal tracking and have substantial experience managing brand development at scale.
* Dive deep into marketing performance and audience insights to uncover durable insights that improve performance over time.
* Present GTM plan to leadership.
* Partner with the creative and brand design teams to develop creative campaigns and inspire customers, engage fans and drive continued streaming engagement.
* Cultivate positive relationships with appropriate agencies, companies and other relevant global stakeholders.
* Have a strong POV along with a clear, concise ability to provide direction to internal and external partners.
* Be an effective problem-solver and strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to translate complex strategy and messaging goals into compelling marketing that breaks through.
- 9+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages
- Understanding of brand marketing principles and customer engagement tactics with experience of building, executing and scaling brand marketing programs
