Job Description

Manage UPI and overall Google Pay transactions reliability across National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) and PSP Banks.
Manage existing and new NPCI and UPI features launch, Go-to-Market (GTM), business generation and user adoption.
Manage a few Payment Service Provider (PSP) bank relationships.
Manage new areas of business on UPI and financial services as needed.
Drive thought leadership with partners and cross-functional teams on various business areas.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.

Preferred qualifications:

5 years of experience in the payments or banking industry.
Experience working with digital payments.
Experience driving results in a matrixed organization.
Excellent partnerships, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.
