Job Description

Work with Capacity Engineering and the Account teams on helping to escalate the capacity requests and ensure that we have a solution for our customers.
Work with the global Capacity team to plan the deployment of resources in the Asia Pacific (APAC) data centers.
Be the Point of Contact (POC) for the global teams to help build and roll out any regional initiatives and programs to help with the Customer Engineering productivity.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in virtualization or Google Cloud native architectures in a customer-facing or support role.
Experience in networking, storage, Legacy, and modern application development and databases.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in supply chain operations.
Experience in planning, demand forecasting, and inventory optimization (e.g., setting goals, defining inventory), and infrastructure.
Knowledge of business cycles for Google Cloud products and platforms.
Ability to interact with technical and non-technical global, regional, and cross-functional groups.
Ability to analyze inputs, retain, and use data in selections.
Excellent communication skills.
