Job Description

Drive campaign management, coordinate and localize programs with cross-functional teams (e.g., Business, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Operations) in APAC and globally.
Build relationships with stakeholders, communicate program status, risks, and dependencies; gather feedback.
Define Key Performance Indicators, track program performance, analyze results using tools like SQL, support dashboard creation to evaluate strategy and identify improvements.
Understand APAC market landscape (e.g., practices, participants), tailor programs to regional needs and organize enablement.
Collaborate with APAC Business leadership, design, build, execute, and track new business and growth programs to generate and progress pipelines.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, a related field or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program or project management.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in working with teams and stakeholders across the APAC region.
Experience in project management tools.
Experience in direct or indirect business.
Experience in managing and delivering cross-functional programs for Business Teams.
Knowledge of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)/Cloud Technology, Google Workspace and Business processes.
Excellent communication, presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, a related field or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program or project management.
