Position: Manager

Location: Juinagar, Mumbai

Roles and responsibilities

Playing a leading role and execute engagements by leading Team Leaders ensuring high quality research and technically correct deliverables
Independently managing Client Service Teams (CST) and maintain long lasting relationships.
Identify business opportunities under various engagements and actively contribute to solutions development at a ICoE level.
PMO & Operations Governance
Ensures compliance with risk management requirements
Maintainance, management and utilization of data
Using technology solutions to drive constant process improvements and efficiencies
Drive periodic dashboards that identify deviations in performance from the defined KPIs
Review and identify key risks, issues and dependencies and set mitigation actions
Manage Operational & Functional Governance meetings
Identifiy development needs of team and provides coaching, mentoring and stretch assignments to attract, develop and retain our most talented colleagues.
Plans and seeks opportunities to allocate team members responsibilities that will enable them to learn new skills that align to their goals.
Effectively manage performance review process in line with firm policies
Ensure effective utilization across projects for all team members.

Qualification & Skill requirements

Qualified CA/LLB/CMA
8-10 years of relevant post qualification experience from consulting/industry with exposure to Managed Services
Good communication and presentation skills
Good Stakeholder & People Management Skills
