We would love to hear from you if you have

o Core HR experience (could range from Line HR – HR BP, HR Ops, HR Shared Services and HR CoE)

o Should have hands on experience in HR SSC (operating model, design, business case, process design)

o Worked on defining Service Delivery Model (SLAs, KPIs, Governance)

o Experience with global clients / stakeholders

o Consulting Skills (e.g., Problem solving / business case / design thinking/ change management)

o Building hypothesis for talent / HR solutions and securing consensus from HR Process Leaders

o Delivery of HR Process Metrics will be preferred

o Experience of working on HR Tech / Analytics implementation

Key Responsibilities

o Value Architecting: Decipher value framework of HR SSC and derive initiatives (process, tech, people etc.) to enhance overall value delivery of SSC, these would entail monitoring overall business case for costs benefits and making edits to this on regular basis/ as need arises

o Project Portfolio Management: Manage the portfolio of HR managed services projects, including project prioritization, resource allocation, and project tracking. Ensure all projects align with HR and organizational strategies and goals.

o Project Governance: Establish and maintain project governance processes, standards, and templates. Provide guidance and support to project managers in adhering to project management best practices, including project planning, risk management, change control, and quality assurance.

o Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies to optimize project management practices within the HR Managed Services PMO. Monitor industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to enhance project management capabilities.
