Analyse current IT portals of the Department
Conduct requirement analysis and drafting of DPR
Prepare FRS and scope of work
Lead RFP drafting and bid process management
Perform function point analysis
Recommend cutting edge It infrastructure & cloud solutions
Track project KPIs and conduct impact assessment
