For Quote (RFQ)

 Requirement gathering/ functional

specifications/ implementation timelines/

defining levels/ payment terms/ contract

finalization / costing model etc.)

 Pre-bid meetings

 Evaluation Qualification -

(Technical/Financial)

 Prepare and review of NDA, Agreements &

Contracts, contract drafting & validation etc.

 Knowledge of IT acts, IT certifications &

related matters etc.
