Job Type: Full-Time

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Operational Risk profile with a background in banking or financial services. The ideal candidate will possess professional qualifications such as CA, CWA, or an MBA, coupled with 3 to 7 years of experience in operational risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Risk Framework Development:

Design and implement comprehensive operational risk frameworks including policies and governance structures.
Develop and maintain Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) frameworks.

Risk and Control Analysis:

Conduct thorough risk identification from processes and evaluate their respective controls.
Assess the design and effectiveness of existing controls, focusing on inherent risks, control assessments, and residual risk.

Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) Management:

Identify and establish KRIs, and design appropriate thresholds to manage operational risks effectively.
Monitor, report, and analyze KRIs to ensure alignment with the organization's risk appetite.

Regulatory Compliance:

Stay informed about regulatory requirements applicable to banks and financial institutions.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, ensuring organizational adherence to governance standards.

Operational Loss Incident Management:

Develop and enhance operational loss incident management frameworks.
Analyze operational risk incidents and monitor external incidents for potential impact on the organization.

Qualifications:

CA, CWA, or MBA with 3 to 7 years of experience in operational risk management in the banking or financial services sector.
In-depth understanding of operational risk management principles, including risk identification, control assessment, and residual risk analysis.
Strong experience in developing and implementing risk frameworks and KRIs.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements specific to banking and financial services.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
