Lead and execute thorough technology due diligence assessments, focusing on the integration of technology systems post-merger.

3. Assess the scalability, reliability, security, and performance of existing technology platforms to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

4. Identify challenges, potential roadblocks, and strategic opportunities associated with technology integration in post-merger scenarios.

5. Prepare detailed reports and presentations that articulate findings, recommendations, and the anticipated impact on business operations.

6. Effectively communicate technical information to stakeholders, translating complex insights into actionable strategies and business-focused recommendations
