Department Profile

The Fixed Income Division is comprised of Interest Rate and Currency Products, Credit Products and Distribution. Professionals in the Division assess and actively manage risk, trade securities, and structure as well as execute innovative transactions in the fast-paced and constantly changing global markets. The Commodities Division is a market leader in energy, metals, and agricultural product trading worldwide whose professional’s trade in both physical and derivative commodity risk.

Background on the Team

The role is based out of Mumbai and requires working with the FXEM Sales team in Paris. Our cross-assets sales team focuses on FX, Interest Rates derivatives, cash bonds, repo and structured products and other financial instruments, offering a dynamic environment to develop expertise and gain comprehensive knowledge in financial markets. The role will require a fast-learning, dynamic, pro-active, communicative person with exceptional attention to detail to assist the team in optimizing efficiency around client business.

Primary Responsibilities

· On-Boarding: Assisting the sales teams with new on-boarding requests in EM, with a particular focus on CEE and Israel, liaising with internal stakeholders and ensuring seamless start to finish approach to on-boarding new accounts. Working with internal teams to open new FX, Rates, Repo, cash bonds, loans and other internal accounts, ensuring new on-boarded accounts are set up correctly in internal systems and mapped to the relevant sales person. Coordinating onboarding process with clients’ onboarding teams for ISDA, CSA, GMRA and GMSLA executions.

· Post-trade operational support: Working with other SA to ensure seamless handover of trade bookings and amendments for the Global FXEM sales teams. This includes booking and allocating trades accurately and responding to follow ups from internal teams or the client on allocations or fixing queries.

· Market Analytics: Compilation of research and trading views, market comments, axes and runs and other market analytics in collaborations with sales and trading teams.

· Weekly reporting: Prepare weekly EVs reporting and assist the sales team with weekly activity management reports

· Presentations & Marketing Materials: Supporting the desks and desks heads in putting together briefing notes or presentations ahead of internal and client meetings.
