Senior Business Analyst
Job Description
5+ years of Significant business analysis or related technical experience
Practical experience working in an Agile environment.
Extensive stakeholder management experience
Data analysis capabilities using Excel and/or Python
Active and motivated self-learner with the ability to develop deep domain knowledge across asset classes
Ability to visualize requirements where needed in the form of wireframes, business process diagrams etc.
Ability to analyze large data sets for patterns (e.g. JSON objects, excel, SQL)
Ability to write test scenarios and help with functional and user acceptance testing
Excellent Business Analysis skills to map current and proposed process and data flows into stories, use cases, and specifications by example focusing on the minimum viable product
Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication across all levels
Problem resolution - good investigation, innovation and analytical skills
Knowledge of BI tools like Tableau and Alteryx needed for curating dashboards
