Job Description

At least minimum 8 years of experience in Tableau Desktop with direct ownership of tableau implementations.
Develop, design and maintain interactive Tableaua dashboards and reports.
Experience doing advanced calculations using Tableau Desktop (Aggregate, Date, Logical, String, LOD Expressions)
Experience creating joins, joins with custom SQL and blending data from different data sources using Tableau desktop Exposure to tableau administration (managing project, workbooks, data sources, user groups, data security, subscriptions, schedules, alerts etc.)
Experience connecting tableau to various data sources - oracle, MS Excel, CSV, SQL server etc. with live connection and extracts. Sound knowledge on DW/BI and Star Schema.
Experience in creating fully automated dashboards using Relational, non-relational, semi structured, unstructured data sources
Working knowledge of API, Python/R is preferred.
Analyzing business requirements, designing, building, testing, and producing executive and operational reporting to support management decisions.
Performing ad-hoc analysis to meet the needs of stakeholders leveraging various data sources.
Collaborate with firmwide and function teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations.
Optimize Tableau workbooks and dashboards for performance and usability.
Identify and integrate various data sources and ensure data consistency and accuracy.
Conduct data analysis to support business needs and identify trends and insights.
Utilize Databricks, Alteryx for data processing and management, integrating it with Tableau.
Develop and maintain data pipelines using SQL and python.
Identify areas for continued process improvement and enhance efficiencies by generating innovative ideas and solutions.
