Your Role

Own end-to-end service delivery, ensuring SLA compliance and smooth AMS operations.
Manage SAP IS Retail demand—forecasting, change requests, enhancements, and functional alignment.
Lead cross-functional teams, driving performance, coaching, and resource allocation.
Act as primary client interface, managing escalations, stakeholder expectations, and communication.
Drive operational excellence, including KPI tracking, RCA, continuous improvement, and process optimization

Your Profile

Strong experience as Service Delivery Manager in SAP-led environments.
Solid functional understanding of SAP IS Retail (listing, assortment, pricing, promotions, POS, replenishment).
Expertise in SLA governance, incident/problem/change management, and AMS delivery.
Excellent customer management, communication, and stakeholder handling skills.
Ability to lead distributed teams and drive continuous improvement & RCA-based problem solving.
