Job Description

We are looking for a skilled (according with the requested role) software developer who is comfortable with both front and back end programming. He should be strong in analytical and logical skills.
Java8, Springboot Microservices, Hibernate with Angular 2+
Challenges and improves own coding continuously and that of colleagues; sets the rules for coding and enhances them;
Has mastered several engineering languages and techniques, and determines the best use of it depending on the situation;
Takes responsibility for mentoring, coaching and training colleagues locally and one or more environments (domains, platforms, products, architectures, technologies,
Uses pattern recognition to assess what to do. Uses rules to determine how to do it.
Continues to partner with and perform code reviews for peers and others.
Knows all the inner workings of at least one database product and can advise which database technology/paradigm to use.
Provides expertise, gives advice and analytical support in order to ensure appropriate usage of middleware technologies
Has an extensive understanding of the concepts of continuous delivery.

Primary Skills

Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices technologies with Angular 2+

Secondary skills

Work closely with product owners, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives, stand-ups) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
