Job Description

Configure and optimize Nexthink suite (Infinity, Amplify, Flow) for digital experience monitoring.
Analyse digital experience data to detect patterns and provide actionable insights.
Automate workflows and monitoring tasks using PowerShell and automation frameworks.
Develop dashboards and reports to visualize performance metrics and trends.

Primary Skills

Expertise in Nexthink suite (Infinity, Amplify, Flow) and related components.
Advanced proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation frameworks.
Strong SQL skills for database management and data analysis.
Experience in Windows Server and desktop administration

Secondary Skills

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and collaboration within IT teams.
Continuous learning and adaptability to emerging technologies
