Job Description

The work will be a mix of project work, enhancement work, and ongoing application support
Requirements gathering, functional and technical design, development, testing, deployment, and operational support activities in support of ServiceNow HRSD
Develop solutions on the Service Now (SNOW) platform, only within the SNOW HRSM (HR Service Management) scoped application (not ITSM)
Will include Knowledge Base (KB), Case Management, custom form, custom workflow, and integration development and support
Overseeing application and workflow configuration
Supporting the iterative configuration of the HRSD application

ServiceNow Certified: CIS HR, HRSD Professional, CSA, CAD
