Job Description

·        Orchestrate bid management process on medium to large size deals to deliver winning proposals

·        Responsible to manage pursuits – end to end, right from identifying rationale to qualify an opportunity, to assist in devising a winning sales plan, engaging the right SMEs/ teams to own & contribute towards proposal delivery, aligning reviews/ approvals with leadership, until proposal submission/ handover to delivery (once won)

·        Ensure application of the Capgemini Bidding Guidelines to all the assigned pursuits

·        Drive opportunity qualifications and device successful bid plans to pursue proactive/ reactive mid to large size opportunities

·        Ensure alignment & collaboration between Sales, Practice/ Solutioning, Commercials, Risk Management and support functions (such as HR, Legal, Risk etc.) on every opportunity

·        Skilled at people & process management

·        Provide best in class bid support to the sales community, act as sales enabler

Primary Skills:

·        Collaborate with local/ global practices & portfolios to ensure we put forth best-in-class solution and showcase value proposition

·        Conduct win/loss reviews, capture & cascade findings and apply lessons learned

·        Capture/ implement best practices & contribute towards process improvement

·        Develop high visibility and network with key stakeholders & decision makers - Sales, Portfolios, Marketing and Delivery, SMEs, leadership (decision makers)

·        Work closely with Account Managers to farm opportunities in strategic accounts

Secondary Skills:

·        Customer focus and ability to play an active role in shaping & contributing towards the growth of key accounts

·        Someone who is proactive, diligent, resilient and has matured in this role for significant time.

·        MS Office

·        Delivery experience - thoroughness with ITIL, SDLC, ADM engagements & delivery models etc.
