Job Description

Microsoft SQL Server

To take end to end ownership of MSSQL Projects with migration to latest MSSQL versions and MSSQL server builds with proper QA checks.
Adherence to Barclays standards for change control; database security and database patterns; adhering to bank
governance and control procedures.
Provide on-call rota support and weekend support as required
Lead and define database delivery requirements in MSSQL Project space.
Should be able to clearly communicate with different BUs and provide A&G and technical solutions to business.
Good knowledge of SQL DBA basics.
Experience with setup/configuration/support of SQL Server 2008/2008R2; SQL 2012; SQL 2014; SQL 2016; SQL 2017; SQL 2022
