SNo Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 Primary responsibilities include ensuring adherence to the change management and incident management process for self and team using Remedy as per the ITIL process
2 Must be able to provide complete administration of the Microsoft 365 environment and its capabilities
3 Knowledge of email routing protocols, such as SMTP, IMAP, and POP.
4 PowerShell ,Infrastructure ,Microsoft Exchange ,Mobile Device Management ,Exchange Server, Azure
5 Must be able to provide complete administration of the Microsoft 365 Exchange online environment and its capabilities
