Business Analyst.
Principal Responsibilities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills. The ability to speak knowledgeably with members of both the business and technical teams
Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize and clearly communicate findings of analysis
Strong teamwork, interpersonal, relationship and presentation skills
Understanding the business objective/ requirements and holistic analysis of the requirements considering existing functionality/functions to ensure project objective is achieved without breaking existing functionality/functions
Documenting requirements Documenting requirements and writing down solution by using artifacts (user stories, Confluence, PPT ) during the implementation of business solution.
Requirements
7 + Experience on Banking domain
Domain knowledge on one of the areas of retail banking, commercial banking, payments , lending
Exposure towards HSBC systems is desirable
Agile, Scrum, Story Writing & Grooming
Effective communication, inter-personal and negotiating skills
