Job Description

(i)The Skills that are Key to this Role - Technical / Behavioral:

Strong technical foundation in SQL with ability to query, validate, and profile large data sets across complex systems

Familiarity with data quality tools such as Informatica DQ, Collibra DQ, Ataccama, or similar platforms

Experience working with dashboards and analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel for trend analysis and executive reporting

Solid understanding of key data quality dimensions (completeness, accuracy, consistency, timeliness, validity)

Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks

Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-team coordination and issue documentation

(ii) The Skills that are Good to Have for this Role - Experience in financial services or understanding of financial products.

Knowledge of data governance and metadata management practices.

Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders to drive data quality improvements.

Collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams and geographies.

(iii)How Your Work Impacts the Organization - The Data Quality Lead plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability of data used across Fidelity Institutional’ s BI platforms. By improving data quality, the role supports better decision-making, enhances client experience, and contributes to achieving strategic business goals.

(iv)The Expertise We Are Looking For - 4–6 years of experience in data quality management, SQL-based data analysis, and business analysis.

Hands-on experience with data quality tools and BI platforms.
