Key job responsibilities
• Leads complex invoice reconciliations and dispute resolutions.
• Provides guidance and mentorship to Level 3 analysts.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve billing and invoicing process inefficiencies.
• Contributes to the development and improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and billing tools.
• Participates in the implementation of new billing systems or process improvements.
• Assists in training and knowledge-sharing sessions related to billing and invoicing processes.
• May serve as a subject matter expert for specific shipper accounts or billing scenarios.
• Assists in audit process for measuring quality for the team.
• Assists in work allocations

We are Amazon’s middle-mile logistics technology solution for anyone looking to ship road freight in UK and Europe. We enable customers to ship your palletised shipment (Less-than-Truckload, LTL) or Full-Truckloads (FTL) directly to Amazon UK and EU Fulfilment Centres (FCs) or FTL to non-Amazon facilities at competitive prices.- Knowledge of standard software including Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL and VBA skills
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, information systems, finance, or equivalent
