The Selling Partner Experience team is looking for a candidate that aims to improve Selling Partner and Customer experience by ensuring the right policies are in place for Sellers, Customers, and brands. This role focusses on developing an authentic and reliable Amazon catalog with large selection. The role requires a candidate skilled in understanding the Customer/ Seller/ Brand experience, improving APIs and UX of Selling Partner facing tools / workflows, and utilize data to influence decision making in Seller restrictions. This role actively involves communication with Seller, Retail, Tech and Legal teams to negotiate Seller qualification requirements and identify loopholes and improvement areas through research, UX experimentation and data to resolve them.
A candidate will need to perform all the above roles and responsibilities with high quality while having strong curiosity on Selling Partner requirements. They need to be curious and learn about cross-functional teams and the program’s upstream and downstream processes to drive changes that improve the overall program and Seller Experience. The candidate needs to have the ability to upskill on project/ productivity specific tools, be data driven and comfortable working with large data sets on Excel and SQL.
The candidate must excel at working collaboratively with stakeholders, enjoy working through ambiguity, operate at different levels of the organization as required, and be able to break complex problems into scalable mechanisms.
Key job responsibilities
1. Retrieve and analyze heavy data to influence decision making on Seller qualification.
2. Write effective business documents and emails to influence decision making to improve Customer Experience.
3. Define metrics to tasks/ projects and implement mechanisms to track them at a regular cadence, along with creating self-service SOPs.
4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value to the Customer as a whole.
5. Define and achieve the overall program scope within timelines, and effectively manage change across work streams.
6. Communicate and negotiate effectively with stakeholders, who will be in different teams, geographic locations and time zones. Coordinate requirements from Seller and Customers within teams across the globe.
7. Focus on planning, initiating, executing and evaluating of projects that improve Seller Experience on selling restrictions and enable a safer and authentic catalog for Customers while reducing operational costs through innovation and improvisation.
8. Resolve escalations within tight deadlines and figure out the best solution with limited data and resources.
9. Mentor associates on Amazon tools and policies.

As the Selling Partner Experience (SPEx) team, we are the custodians of Selling Partners' (SPs) journey through Amazon’s listing tool chain. We are responsible for the cross-cutting technology infrastructure and tools that empower Amazon teams to build secure, intuitive and high-quality listings. Our mission is to improve Seller Partners’ productivity thereby growing their businesses, delivering value to our Customers, and ultimately driving the Amazon flywheel.i. 2+ years of program or project management experience
