The Global Talent Solutions Senior Engagement Lead will spearhead a portfolio of outsourcing strategies and deliver VP/Director-level work, driving large-scale initiatives from ideation to execution that enhance Amazon's candidate and recruiter experience. This dynamic role impacts Amazon Talent Acquisition, PXT Tech, and global recruiting partners through diverse, high-impact programs. The ideal candidate brings expertise in program design, process development, and strategic initiatives within service/operational organizations. They thrive in ambiguous environments, are passionately curious, and excel at driving visions forward. We seek a detail-oriented planner with proven influence skills, analytical prowess, and a track record of end-to-end ownership in delivering results. This customer-obsessed leader will continue developing specialized expertise in recruiting, outsourcing, and offshoring, always working backwards from the customer to craft solutions, strategies, and manage escalations. Key job responsibilities
In this role you will:
• Shape the future of Global Talent Solutions and Amazon Talent Acquisition, owning critical goals to achieve growth, scale and drive continuous innovation
• Design, prioritize, and drive strategic programs and roadmap inputs
• Partner with and influence Recruiting organizations across Amazon, globally
• Create and maintain complex program plans and manage project schedules; collaborate effectively across teams to drive commitment to timelines and deliverables.
• Define operational planning and work alongside the senior leadership team
• Own communications to project members and stakeholders on progress, issues, and risks including regular status updates and various white paper analysis
• Lead the execution of programs with rigor and precision. Develop new methods and mechanisms to drive repeatable delivery

The Global Talent Solutions Team is reinventing how we recruit at Amazon. Recruiting the right candidates across all of Amazon is critical to our ability to innovate and build on behalf of customers. As the search for talent becomes more competitive, we are bringing together recruiting, science, tech, programs, and process teams to find and hire candidates who raise the bar more quickly and efficiently. We are seeking a Senior Engagement Leader to lead initiatives that innovate, scale, and improve global services and capabilities for the Amazon recruiting community. Experience (5+ years) in program or project management
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
