ROW (Rest of the world) Transportation Execution team seeking a highly motivated Snr. Technical Program Manager to drive large-scale programs that optimize our fulfillment and transportation network. This role requires a strong technical background, strategic problem-solving skills, and the ability to break down complex challenges into actionable steps that deliver tangible results. About the team:
ROW Transportation Execution is responsible for managing and optimizing network-wide transportation configurations across India, Japan, and ECCF (Emerging Country Customer Fulfillment) regions. The team plays a key role in ensuring seamless transportation operations by owning ATROPS configurations and other transportation system settings, including first-mile, middle-mile, last-mile and manifest/label configurations. We drive carrier on-boarding efforts, supporting new carrier launches and program expansions. We act as the interface for new feature launches and system enhancements related to ATROPS and ShipTech, collaborating with local business teams and WW tech teams. With a strong focus on standardization, automation, and self-service capabilities, we continuously improve the quality and speed of configurations while enhancing carrier on-boarding processes. Our team actively explores new opportunities in system and configuration support, enabling end-to-end transportation workflows that drive efficiency and scalability across the network.

Key Job Responsibilities:

* Lead end-to-end program management for initiatives that optimize the fulfillment and transportation network, ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives.
* Serve as the primary interface with regional configuration teams, driving the adoption of new configuration models and feature improvements.
* Act as the gatekeeper for prioritizing feature enhancements submitted by business and work closely with engineering teams to drive impactful changes.
* Collaborate with cross-functional team to standardize core configuration elements that support network growth and scalability.
* Drive OP for the team and work with global stakeholders to align intake prioritization for engineering teams.
* Support process improvements, best practice sharing, and standardization across regional configuration teams.
* Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and key milestones while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
* Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies effectively to leadership and stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams.
* Provide SME support to navigate ambiguous and complex business challenges, translating high-level problems into actionable solutions.

Basic qualifications:

* 3+ years of technical product or program management experience
* Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred qualifications:

* 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
* Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
* Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
* 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
