Sr Technical Program Manager
Job Description
A Senior Technical Program Manager (Sr. TPM) at International Seller Services(ISS) org drives complex, cross-functional technical initiatives from conception to delivery. They collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define project scope, set milestones, and manage execution. Sr. TPMs identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure high-quality, scalable solutions align with business goals. They leverage deep technical expertise to influence architecture, drive operational excellence, and optimize processes. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management are essential for success in this role
Key job responsibilities
Lead complex, multi-team technical programs and large-scale initiatives
Drive end-to-end program management including planning, execution, and delivery
Manage dependencies across teams, organizations, and stakeholders
Create and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and resource planning
Identify and mitigate risks, remove obstacles, and drive technical decision-making- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
